VFS Documents Checklist
1) Cover Letter
if required, we can share the sample
2) Completed and signed visa application form duly filled in English
We will help you to fill the form
3) Statement of Purpose
if required, we can share the sample
4) One recent passport photo
Student will provide
5) Original passport
5.1 - Be valid for at least 3 months after the intended stay
5.2 - Have at least 3 blank pages.
Student will provide
6) Overseas Travel Medical Insurance valid for all Schengen countries
6.1 - Minimum coverage has to be 30,000 Euros
6.2 - The policy must clearly specify the period of validity
6.3 - Must cover the entire duration of the stay in Malta

7) Confirmed air ticket (Dummy)

8) Proof of sufficient and regular personal financial
8.1. Bank Statement (6 months-with 10 to 12 laks) - One day old funds acceptable
8.2. Bank Balance Certificate
8.3. ITR for 3 years (Banking and ITR must be same sponsor)
8.4. CA letter (optional)
9) Original Letter of Acceptance by the Maltese Education Institution

Student will provide
11) Confirmed Accommodation Reservation (Euro 150, we will provide)
11.1. Rent Agreement
11.2. Declaration of proof
11.3. Notary
12) Proof of Tuition Fees Paid
Student will provide
13) Original Educational Certificates, apostilled
Student will provide
14) Original & photocopy of all the pages of current and the previous passports
Student will provide
15) Notarized No Objection Certificate
