DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST BULGARIA WORK PERMIT VISA

• Visa application form: to be filled out and signed by the applicant
• Valid passport (passport must be valid at least 90 days from the issue date of visa)
• Photo (size 3.5x4.5cm)
• Travel health insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 30 000.
• Cover letter
• Return ticket or Itinerary
• Proof of sufficient funds for staying in Bulgaria.
• Copy of work permit
• Visa Fees
